Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within a minimum of 3 to 7 and a maximum of 10 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and is delivered as soon as possible, 10 to 20 business days maximum, through many of our domestic and international warehouses using the fastest shipping method available.

Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

Please use the tracking information to keep track of your package, this will including the carriers and the current location of your package. If your package does not arrive, it will be refund or replacement. Please email us at cbjgenerals@gmail.com for additional assistance and inquires.

Free shipping is available in the USA, International shipping will varies by location and carrier pricing. Please be aware that this can change at any time.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CBJ Generals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Deliveries are, usually made using USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx for both Domestic and International. We will contact you via the Email you provided at checkout with shipping updates.

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a link to the tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order before the Maximum 10 to 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cbjgenerals@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cbjgenerals.com, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We do address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
